Needed the mattress to be cleaned by the evening, called Chem-Dry up and they had two lovely employees over in an hour!! The urine stench was gone with the first spray of PURT, and the stains (including old ones) were all gone by the time they were done. A comprehensive job as they treated both TOP and bottom surface of the king size mattress, had a vacuum that removed dampness from the urine, and triple checked for any undesired smell before claiming the end of the service. Now the whole room is filled with a refreshing citrus smell as the stain free, sanitized mattress is left drying for a few hours. Definitely, very very happy about this.
